Try putting these exercises together for an all over strength workout for triathletes. You will only need a set of dumbbells, so even if the gym is super busy, you’ll be able to grab the equipment you need, get in, get it done and get out in super quick time:

Complete 1 round without stopping. Take a breather then go again. Complete 3-4 rounds in total.

Lunge 3 stances

Complete 3 reps in each stance lengths before swapping to the other leg

DB Floor Press with Dead bug legs

Complete 8 presses in total.

DB Kickstand RDL row

3 rows then stand up x 2. Then swap to other leg.
