I would say that Sarah is to “blame” for my love of endurance sports since my first Ironman back in 2010. After a recent time out following a number of long races under my belt Sarah has given me the drive and motivation to get back out there achieve my new goals.
The programs Sarah provides are exactly what I need as they are tailored to suit, descriptive and easy to follow. As we are in a different state this is also no issue as her video tutorials explain everything along with regular video links it’s no different than having a coach around the corner.

“Strength for Extreme Sports Success”
As an extreme sports ocean athlete my body gets stressed and contorted into all sorts of weird positions at critical moments. I’m pushing 50 now and have about 35 years experience in the ocean. This accumulated knowledge allows me to play in some potentially very dangerous conditions, and as the years go by I could feel that my body was no longer keeping up with the demands I would expect of it.
There is barely a month that goes by that one of fellow ocean addicts is out of the water for months on end with an injury, predominantly affecting hammies, shoulders and lower backs. Since training with Sarah for over 2 years now and I’ve been blown away by the benefits of her personalised strength program. I can honestly say that I’m stronger, faster and fitter with a more balanced physique than I ever have been, allowing me to push harder and progress faster in my chosen sports.
My job as a is predominantly all about disease prevention and I believe one of Sarah’s primary roles for me is injury prevention. The secondary gains garnered from improved strength is just the icing on the cake!
