I don't live near Margaret River. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely! You have two great options to work with me, no matter where you’re located:

Remote Coaching: I will create a personalized program tailored to your specific needs, goals, and the equipment you have available—whether it’s a full gym setup or just a few pieces of equipment at home. You’ll stay connected through regular check-ins, and I will provide guidance and support to ensure you’re on track with your training.

Training Plans: If you’re after a structured plan, my online training programs are designed to progressively build strength over time. These programs are conveniently integrated into the Training Peaks app, so you can access all your workouts in one place, making it super easy to track your progress. You’ll have a step-by-step guide to follow, ensuring you’re working towards your goals with a clear plan. You can find more details about these programs [here].

I will tailor your sessions around the equipment you have. If you have nothing and want to get the bare minimum to get started, I would suggest a mini band, a longer loop band, and a set of dumbbells. There is no need to buy too much too soon as you will get stronger and might need to reassess what equipment you have. We will go through all of this when designing your program.

In-Person Coaching: The sessions are 45 minutes long.

Remote Coaching: Each session will typically take you 45 minutes to complete.

Training Plan: The 12-week programme in TrainingPeaks – each session will take you about 45 minutes to complete.
