I established Hunter PT in 2016. My goal is to keep you doing the stuff you love doing (that might be cycling, running, surfing etc)
for as long as possible with a smile on your face and strength in your body.
The reason I do what I do is that I want to share my passion for strength training to help build stronger healthier individuals that are stronger today than they were yesterday.
No two people are the same, and therefore no two programs are the same.
What we do in the gym should be firstly safe, secondly be relevant to the individual and thirdly fun.
I moved to WA back in 2006, and have been based in South West WA for the past 5 years. I’ve been coaching for more than eight years and I’ve been coaching a wide range of clients from doctors to ultra runners to enduro mountain bikers to surfers to recreational cyclists.
The list is quite long but you get my gist!
I have been active all my life, dabbling in many sports, racing at a national age group level in mountain biking, road cycling and duathlon.
I don’t race now, but still enjoy mountain biking, surfing, running and the odd snowboarding trip to Japan.
I live by the coast with my husband and dog Beaker.
To be honest its not about the sports they do, yes I have a lot of cyclists who see me for strength and conditioning, but anyone who wants to commit to getting strong so they can continue doing what they love doing.
Everyone is different and the training programs here cater for the individual.
Delivering measurable results in the short to medium term and building on that to sustain them for life is really important.
