At Hunter PT, in-person coaching begins with you. We check your health history, review your goals and only then create a personalised workout programme. During regular training sessions, I’ll encourage you to think about how you are moving, ensuring proper technique and safety while offering ongoing motivation and accountability.Progress is tracked and the sessions are changed as your strength and fitness increases over time. One of my goals is also to educate and empower, helping you not only achieve your fitness objectives but also develop the confidence and skills needed for long-term success.
